	MSW aviation

			Max Vogelsang founded his company MSW AG in 1991 in Wohlen (Switzerland). In the beginning, activities were focused on motor sports. Research and development of special parts for Superbikes and the DTM car series led to various successes. Today the team works mainly around airplanes and they design and manufacture composite parts (carbon fiber, Kevlar, fiber glass). MSW AG’s activities range from development and serial production of specific shapes for companies such as the Swiss Air Ambulance (REGA) to manufacturing of one-off items (light-weight stretchers for rescue operations, prototypes, propellers for modern windmills, etc.) upon request.



	In its aviation department, MSW Aviation builds, restores and repairs aircraft of any construction technology (steel, fabric, wood, sheet metal, composites). One of the company’s specialties is the reconstruction of Bücker Jungmann aircraft. MSW Aviation also holds a wide range of spare parts for all Bücker models.



	Based on Max Vogelsang’s long standing personal experience with “Warbirds” MSW Aviation also offers excellent maintenance for aircraft such as the P-51 Mustang, Morane D3810 or Pilatus P-2.



	A very important focus for MSW Aviation is the design and construction of modern high performance aerobatic aircraft. One more field of action where personal experience comes in handy. Aerobatic competitions, modifications and maintenance of various models (Pitts Special, Extra 230, Cap 231 EX, …) as well as the close relationship with the late Swiss aerobatics pilot Christian Schweizer led the way to the modified One Design MSW and the latest aircraft design, the two-seat VOTEC 322. Aircraft, which will set new standards in the homebuilt scene.



	Since December 2004 MSW Aviation works out of its new location at Birrfeld airfield (LSZF) where all assembly and maintenance tasks take place. Here you also have the opportunity to try the VOTEC 322 demonstrator first-hand.
